I would like to commend Tom Gasparec to you as an excellent mortgage broker. He has provided exceptional service to me and my acquaintances on 3 transactions, and has helped friends and family understand their options and gain knowledge on 2 other requests. He has provided me with rates and products that are to my knowledge incomparable, and all in quick time frames and unknown circumstances. 

My first encounter with Tom was when I had a very short time frame to secure a mortgage.  The mortgage brokers I had used elsewhere in the country had assured me there would be no problem getting the financing for my new residence in Toronto, then informed me shortly prior a business trip to South America that they could not deliver because I did not fit into one of the black boxes that needed to be checked. I started cold calling and luckily was referred to Tom.  Tom attained the financing I needed, and in very short order, because he and his contacts thought “outside the black box” and recognized that credit worthiness is not found in a form.

I then recommended Tom to my family and friends, and he was able to give them quick advice about products that were available and, more importantly, guide them through their options.  I also mentioned his name to a fellow condo resident who needed financing, and to my understanding he came through for her as well where others could not.

I recently used Tom on the purchase of a recreational property.  My real estate agent had intimated that cottage financing was a “special” market that required specialized advice.  So, against my better judgment, I spent a frustrating number of weeks trying to secure financing with the “local” cottage mortgage broker.  1 week prior to close, the local broker had provided me with no further options than he had 1 month earlier.  I called Tom, and of course he had all the knowledge that the “specialized” broker had.  Within days he had arranged financing; and it was through a new vehicle fresh on the market.  It was so new that when I went to the bank to transfer the funds, they had to educate themselves on the product. Impressive.

I believe that such good service should be noticed, and so I write to you to recommend Tom to you for your mortgage financing needs.

I would like to commend Tom Gasparec on the absolutely wonderful job he did as my mortgage broker.  As a first time homebuyer I appreciated that Tom took the time to carefully explain everything to me to help me source an excellent mortgage.  He went beyond the call of duty, always taking the time to answer all of my (many!) questions.

Tom would give me daily updates on how my mortgage application was going and indeed seemed to work miracles when all other avenues had been exhausted.  Tom gave 110% and I plan to refer him to everyone I know who is looking to source a mortgage.

In fact, I’m already looking forward to using Tom’s services the next time I buy a home!

I am writing this letter of recommendation in regards to Tom Gasparec.

 

On March 2003, my husband and I decided to purchase a property.  Being new to the real estate world, we were not sure of all that was involved in obtaining a mortgage.  After reading an article in the local paper written by Tom Gasparec regarding the purchase a property, we decided to call him.

 

Tom provided us with all the information that we required with regards to securing a mortgage.  He took the time to explain anything we were unsure about.  If we were unclear on procedures, he would patiently go through everything again.

 

The whole procedure of applying for a mortgage was simple.  We provided all our information through fax and within no time, he had secured a mortgage for us.  Tom was clearly working for us.  He did his best to get us a fantastic mortgage rate.  With a pre-approval, we had the freedom to move ahead and purchase a home. The whole ordeal was stress free.

 

Tom is highly professional, and his knowledge of mortgages and real estate are second to none.  He is personable & patient.  Going forward, we will speak to Tom for renewal of our mortgage at the end of the term and we would not hesitate to highly recommend using Tom’s brokerage services.
